PRISM-based 5-meter resolution elevation grids can be produced
from stereo or triplet image sets. Triplets provide additional stereo
pairs and therefore an improvement in signal-to-noise ratio,
giving a more accurate result. Please see our price sheet
for current pricing, minimum purchase, and volume discount.
ASTER-based elevation grids are produced at 30 meters or, where
multiple scenes exist, 15 meters. ASTER DEMs are also available ready-made from the
satellite data processing facility, but they are produced automatically and do not
provide the same accuracy as our products; in particular, adjacent and overlapping
scenes will not match smoothly. We can provide these ready-made grids "as is" (mosaiced
without georeferencing or edge-matching) for a very low cost. For all ASTER options,
please see our price sheet
for current pricing, minimum purchase, and volume discount.
SRTM data are publicly available in 1x1 degree tiles at no cost.
We can provide a seamless dataset for your area of interest, and fill any minor data gaps that
can occur in high-relief areas, for pennies per square kilometer. Please see our price sheet for current pricing, minimum purchase, and volume discount.
We can digitize contour lines to create elevation grids from
your paper or scanned maps; pricing depends on map quality, scale, contour
interval, and relief, so please contact us to discuss your particular needs.
Surface data layers are generally available at a flat rate added on
to the cost of the elevation data. Please see our price sheet for current pricing.
